Also we can accept a copy of the front and back of your signed credit card and a piece of photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. For your security please block or erase the card number so only the last four digits are visible. とりあえずそのまま訳します。 もしこの情報が準備出来ないのであれば、その代りに、あなたのクレジットーカードの明細のコピー（カード所有者の名前、住所、口座番号が明記されている必要あり）あるいは、あなたのサインがされたクレジットカードの表面と裏面のコピー（安全の為に、カードの番号は最後の４ケタ以外は隠す必要あり）と写真入りの身分証明書（例えば運転免許書、パスポート）が使えます。これらはファックス、または".jpg"のフォーマットでこのメールの返信に添付して送信願います。 つまり必要とされているのは １．明細のコピーの提出 か ２．クレジットカードの両面コピーと身分証明書のコピーの提出 です。
