どうしてこのような訳になるのですか。
For some American homeowners, a perfect lawn is an obsession, for others an obligation, and for some -who'd rather look at green, weed-free expanses of grass than mow them -a triumph oflandscape architecture. という文で、 a triumph oflandscape architecture. は「（完璧な芝生は）造園術による偉業です。」という訳されていて、 （自分で芝生の手入れをしない人は感心して見ているということ。）という解説が付いていました。 どうしてこのような意味になるのですか。また解説もよくわかりません。 教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

triumph 偉業 功績 ｌandscape architecture 造園技術 の意味です。 文の構成はsomeとothersの対比で、 someにとって、a perfect lawn はa triumph of landscape architectureで、 some（ある人は～）というのは、who以下で説明されています。 そのwho以下の説明が、自分で芝生の手入れをしないで感心して見ている人 ということです。 芝生を自分で刈るひとにはobligationだけど、 そうでないひとには、architectureということですよね。
