キャンセルしたい

海外のマジック用品のサイトでPayPalで購入したのですがキャンセルの仕方がわかりません。メールを送ろうとしても「問題があるため送信できません」という英語のメールが返ってきます。どうしたらよいのでしょうか？ We hope you enjoy your purchase. 基本的には、あなたが申し込んだ時点で、売買契約は成立してますので、法的にキャンセルを主張することは、一方的にはできないと思いますが。 あとはその際との責任者か店に泣きついて、無理に、好意として承認してもらうしか。
