veoh TV

http://www.veoh.com/ のサイトで３０分以上の動画を見たいのでveoh TVをDLしたのですが、開こうとすると↓ Interned explorer 6 or greater needs to be installed for this installation to continue. と表示されてしまい見れません。 英語が苦手な為、どうしたら見れるようになるのかわかりません；； どうすればよいのかわかる方教えてください

Interned explorer 6以上のブラウザの環境が必要なようです。 正直に言って、いまいち、状況が読み込めません。 英語が苦手な人がVeohのような英語の動画サイトを使用する場合「Veoh徹底ガイド」のような日本語による解説サイトやGoogle翻訳を見ながら、慎重にインストールやダウンロードをしたほうがよいかもしれませんね。

    再生しようとすると毎度、「The file type, "動画のタイトル", requires Adobe Flash 8 or greater to play this video.     veoh web player toolbarをインストールしたいのですが、58%のところで "You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please return this installation from an administrators account." とerrorが出てしまいます。"管理者として実行"をすればいいのかと思ったのですがこれでも同じerrorが出てしまいました。どうすれば正常にインストールができるのでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。
