原因のat？
When Mary got to class, she was horrified（ at discovering she leaves） the textbook behind. これは括弧のところが間違っています。何となくダメなことは 分かるのですが、何故ですか？ atは原因を後ろに取ることができるからOKで、discoveringは動名詞というふうには考えられないですか？？ 分かる方いらっしゃいましたら、教えてください。
