和訳を教えてください
VOA NEWSの内容からです。 http://www.voanews.com/english/2007-08-09-voa45.cfm の10段目です。 "One has to go local in a proper sense specific to find out which fish species are ideal and then make some very simple tests with that fish. この文章の中の特に in a proper sense specific の意味がわかりません。 よろしくお願いします。

One が指しているのは research です。 go local は 「現地に行く」ではなく「現地化する」という意味です。ここでは、その土地々々に合わせた調査を行うと言う意味。 specific はlocal と並列です。go local, in a proper sense, specific とすると幾分わかりやすいと思いますが、つまり調査は go local に、厳密には、go specific にと言っているのです。 最後の some very simple tests が、この後の文に出てくる「この魚は役に立つか」「現地では食べられているか」「蚊の幼虫を食べるか」を指していることは言うまでもありません。ですからテストをすると訳すのではなく、簡単に検証する、くらいに訳すのが適当です。 参考訳 調査では、その土地に合わせて、厳密に言えば、その土地々々で独自に理想的な魚を見つけ、そしてその魚について簡単に検証する必要がある。
