Gです。 こんにちは！！ For US based positions, are you able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US?とは、アメリカをベースとする職務を選ぶのであれば、アメリカにて法的に働ける事を証明できる物を提出できますか?と言う表現をしていますので、今現在法的に働ける立場にいますか?と言うことなのですね。 働けるようにこれから手続きをして認可が下りるようにできるだけのものを持っていますか?と言うことではないわけです。 「申し込み中」ではだめだと言うことでもあります。 これでいかがでしょうか? 分かりにくい点がありましたら、補足質問してください。

I-9という様式があるようですね。９１１事件以来の規定。 この内容をちゃんと書くことができるかということでは。 http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf H1ビザは雇い主が決まったら、インビテーションを 出してもらい、アメリカ領事館でぺティションを 提出するともらえるというステップでしたね。 グリーンカードは永住権資格。一定期間働くのには 必要だと思えないのですが。

NHK実践ビジネス英語2017年9月号Lesson 12(1)でUedaさんが、”That happens to the best of us.”と言っています。最初、「我々の内の最善の人」ってどういうことかなと思いました。テキスト訳「それは誰にでも起きることですよ。」を見て、そうか「善人なほもて往生をとぐ、いはんや悪人をや。」だと納得しました。 比較級の否定で最上級を表すのはよくありますが、この最上級の用法は何と呼ぶのでしょうか？何か他の用例はありませんか？ 因みに過去のテキスト例文を見ると、”the best”は「最善」という普通の使い方ですよね。 to provide the best of care by coming the best of those collaborative efforts at the best of times it's important to make the best of life He's making the best of his late autumn years I wish him the best of luck.
