It can't be possible to play baseball well without experience.は、“can”と“possible”が同じ意味でダブっていますから、どうしてもくどい感じになってしまいます。 It is not possible to play baseball well without experience. または You can't play baseball well without experience. が普通ですが、canを使わなければならないなら後者になるでしょう。

You can't play baseball well without experience. これが一番簡潔ではないでしょうか。 It can't beというのはちょっと回りくどい気がします。 対象が「あなた」でなくても、こんな感じで「you」を主語にすることがあると思いますよ。
