こんにちは。 多分２つの文章に分けるのが一般的かなぁと思いますが、ご質問の文ももちろん使えると思います。 普段あまりコンマを気にせず使ってますが、この場合だとつけた方が良いように感じます。 startingの前で、一度文章が切れる感じですよね？ あと、starting with のところで最後にfirstはいらない気がしますが・・・。 starting with the item/topic, AAA. と議題と入れた方が判りやすいかもしれません。 AAAがどう考えても議題のタイトルだと判る場合は必要ないと思いますが・・・。 ちなみに、私たちは「電話会議」と言う時、 telephone conference と言う言葉を使っています。 もっとついでに、「テレビ会議」は Video conference を使ってます。

The forethought and planning invested at each step of writing a proposal will have a direct impact on the chance of its acceptance という文章があります この文章の最初にあるThe forethought and planning invested という部分ですが TOEICの問題集でinvest か invested の二つで非常に迷いました 正解は過去分詞を使うinvestedでしたが なぜwere invested ではないのでしょうか？？ この場合wereが抜けても過去分詞という形になるのでしょうか？？ 回答に詳しく載っていなかったので質問させてください よろしくお願いします
