「アンチウィルスソフトでは、スパイウェアやアドウェアなどは検知できないので、 　フリーのスパイウェアクリーナーをダウンロードして下さい」 ってな意味ですね。 言ってることはごもっともなんですが、わざわざDLしろ とメールが送られてくるのは、なんか怪しいですね。 無視した方がいいんじゃないでしょうか？ スパイウェア対策ソフトなら、他でも探せますし。
