practiceが複数形に・・・？
There are question marks as to how this kind of financial misconduct could have gone on for as long as five years as alleged, and there have been concerns about overall governance 【practices】 at Nissan itself. この英文の【practices】について 語句に意味として[governance practice]で「ガバナンスの履行状況」となって います。 practiceは、不可算名詞の「実行、実践」という意味の扱いと思うのですが どうして複数形になっているのでしょうか。

practiceは不可算名詞であると同時に可算名詞でもあります。この場合はゴーン氏がさまざまな不正を実行(practice)したので一つ実行、二つ目の実行、、、と数えられるので加算名詞の複数扱いになっています。 この場合はpracticeを可算名詞として使っているのはむしろわかりやすいと思いますが、抽象的であったり塊で数えられない場合であっても、独立したいくつかの物、出来事、概念などをいう時には不可算名詞でも加算名詞的に複数形を取る事は多いです。

#1 の回答に尽きると思います。ここでの governance は corporate governance のことを意味していると思われますが、「企業倫理」 というものは 「実践」 されてこそ意味があるものです。ここでは具体的に 「実践」 されていたのかが疑わしいという文ですが、観念としての 「倫理」 ではなく、具体的に 「ここでこうするべきではない」 などという、その場その時における判断の総体を practices という語で示しているのだと思われます。financial misconduct （金銭面での逸脱行為） が何年にも及んで行われていたということは、それが何度にも及んでいた可能性があるわけで、そういうことを意識して複数形にしたのではないかと思われます。

一般に，抽象的にいうときには不加算で表現し，具体的に「あれやこれや」と想定できるときには複数形でいえるんじゃないですか。

I like the teachings of Buddha, though. I have used meditation practices in my Christian practice. I find that meditation makes be able to pray to God with a more focused and honest mind. I think all people of all beliefs should know about the ideas of other religions! Because, as for reincarnation, I can understand this belief. It makes sense.
