＞had you goingはmade you goというのとどう違うのでしょうか？ ⇒どちらも「使役」的な意味で、あまり大きな違いはないかも知れませんね。 had you goingは、 　you が主体で、「（あなたに30分おきにトイレに）行ってもらう（ような病状）」。 made you goは、 　conditionが主体で、「（病状があなたに30分おきにトイレに）行かせる（ようなそんな病状）」。
