I've never seen【him】skip his work. He skip his work.の主語が、初めの文章の目的語となっていて、himに集約されてるようですが、どのような条件でこのような使い方が出来るのでしょうか？動詞の種類でしょうか？ I've never seen that he skip his work. では、意味が違ってくるのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いいたします。

私は、アメリカの人とメールをやりとりしていて もらったメールの文章に、 「I've never heard of Gandam00 is it like Gundum destiny or Gundum z. I havn't seen any gundum in a long time. but I have heard of black lagoon, just have never seen it. and Ookamitokousinryou I've never heard of it.」 という文があるのですが、 私が考えた日本語の意味では、 「Gandam00は一度も聞いたことがない、どのgundumも長い間 見ていなかった。しかし、black lagoonは聞いた事がある Ookamitokousinryouは一度も聞いたことがない」 と考えたのですが最初の文のlikeがどんな働きをするのか わかりませんでした。 （like=好き、～のよう というのはわかります。） likeの前に関係代名詞か何かが隠れているのでしょうか。 それ以外にも 「I love anime's like Trinity blood, hellsing, Azumanga daioh」 のようにこの人の文章にはlikeが多く出てくるのですが likeの前と後の文をどうつなげたらよいのでしょうか。 またjust have never seen itはそれは決して見なかった という意味だと思うのですが just＝ちょうど と、never＝決して～ない では、意味が合わないと思いました。 熟語なのでしょうか。 どなたか、教えていただければ ありがたく思います。 よろしくお願い致します。
