社会常識のない人は、柔軟な考え方を持っていません。 一つの固定観念に囚われていますので、常識を学んだとしても、受け入れることはないと思います。

こんにちは。 基本的には社会的常識を教えることですが、例えば労働組合がある会社でしたら職場委員に任命させて労働組合の活動をさせると様々な社会的常識が執行委員などから叩き込まれますから、かなりの社会的常識が身に付きます。 もし、労働組合のない中小企業のような会社勤めでも、主任とかリーダーのような軽い役職を与えて責任感を持たせると社会的常識を学ぶ気持ちになるものです。 ようするに、社会的常識の有無は社会人としての自覚の有無に等しいと思います。

例えば、急に大口から商談が入って、どうしても残業しなければならないほど大量の作業が迫った時に、 残業せずに帰ったやつがいるとしましょう。 でもそれは就業規則に則った行為であり、常識がないと叩くのは筋違いですよね。 寧ろ、そんなことを安請け合いする営業が悪いし、指導者も営業と掛け合ってその辺のフォローするべきですよね でも、作業ミス(それも既に社内で定着化した手順書に書かれた作業を間違えた)をして作業が遅れた場合、 営業は、悪くないですよね。 指導者も、悪くないですよね。 残業しなければなりませんよね。 そういう時に、勝手に帰るような奴、 ましてや、休日に出社すると言っておいて、作業場の鍵ごとバックれるような奴を、 社会常識がないというんだと思います。 私情ですよ。ええ。

勝手に自分は有能だ・主だと勘違いして、意味不明な行動を繰り返す人なんかは常識の無い人でしょうね。
