外国で出す証明書の英文ですが
Ａは１９９８年４月から２００２年３月まで当店で花の仕事をしてました。 このことを英文で書きたいのですが A worked from in April 1998 to in March 2002 for my flower shop. ですがどうでしょうか アドバイスお願いします。

このケースでは日本のお店で働いていた人についての書類なので、問題はないでしょうけれど、もしこれが米国だったら性別や年齢を書くのは違法の可能性があります。

A worked for our flower shop from April 1998 to March 2002. April や March の前の in は不要です。 あと、「当店」という部分をの my を this や our にされてもよいと思います。 いかがでしょうか？

A worked as <sales person> from April 1998 to March 2002 for my flower shop. で正しいです。もしAさんがいい従業員で、よりポジティブなリファレンスを出したかったら、雇用の事実とは別にもうちょっと何か書いてあげましょう。4年間も働いていたわけですし。

なんの証明書か解りませんが、Certificate of Employmentであるのであれば、箇条書きで April 1998 - March 2002 A manager at my own flower shop、って単純に。 my flower shopということはご自身で経営されていたのですか？それでしたらManagementとかもっと付加的にその花屋さんで何をしたか書けますよ。 とりあえず、何の為の書類か教えてください。

ドイツに行き ドイツの労働局で、労働ビザを取得する際に、日本で今まで働いていた経営者の方に証明を書いてもらうためにの書類の作成の件ですが
