下記の文の"from which to work"
下記の文の"from which to work"の文法解釈を教えていただけないでしょうか？ She led the group to three different locations that provided beautiful scenery from which to work, but much of her time was spent helping the novice students with the basics of how to set up.

これまで数十回と答えてきたパターンです。 普通には、不定詞の形容詞的用法に前置詞がついた scenery to work from 関係代名詞に前置詞がついた scenery (which/that) she could/should work from とでもなるとことです。 後者の方で、from を前に出して、 scenery from which she could/should work とすることもできます。 かたい表現で、from が先行詞と関わることが明確にはなります。 これを不定詞でやろうとすると、 scenery to work from で scenery from to work とするわけにもいきません。 そこで、関係代名詞のパターンのように scenery from which to work とするのです。 関係代名詞がくると、普通は節構造になるはずが、 SV とする代わりに、S は使わず、to 原形と簡略に表現します。 前置詞＋関係代名詞の構造に不定詞の形容詞的用法がミックスしたような表現となります。

Yumeko took us to three different locations that provided nice scenery from which to sketch, but much of her time was spent helping the beginner-level students with the basics of how to wet up, so the middle-level students were bored. 上記の文のfrom which to sketchの部分で 'which' が意味的、文法的によくわからず、気持ちがすっきりしません。。。 文全体の意味としては、「Yumekoが、スケッチするために、景色が美しい3か所の場所に私たちを連れて行ってくれた」 になるのでしょうか？from whichがなくても意味はかわらないのかなと思ったりするのですが、いかがでしょう？ どうか、この疑問にお答えいただけると大変助かります。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

the extent to which groups of different races and religions pay attention to this event is extraordinary. この文は以下のように訳してみましたが、構造が明確に理解できていませんので ご教授頂ければ幸いです。 「様々な人種や宗教のグループの人々がこのイベントに注目する程度は驚くべきものだ。」 the extent to whichの構造を確認させてください。 pay attention to という熟語で考えると、to which のto がpay attention toのtoなのかも しれないと感じました。しかし普通に考えると、 which S(groups of ～）V ( pay attention ) to this eventという分け方が自然で、「様々な人種や宗教のグループの人々がこのイベントに注目する」とすると、関係代名詞whichがおかしくなってしまいます。この文の構造が果たしてどうなっているのか教えて頂きければと思います。 宜しくお願いします。

The idea of girls'attending shool met strong opposition from adults in the village, where parents, unaware that urban societies encourage girls' education and barely managing to survive, depend on their daughters to work. 上の文の最後のto workがうまく訳せません。 their daughters が形容詞用法の不定詞 to work の意味上の主語だということは分かるのですが、 「働く娘として頼みとしている」 と訳したのですが、これでよいのでしょうか。
