情報がはっきりしていないとき I hope it is not ture. 悪いことが本当に起こってしまったが信じられないというようなとき I wish it were not ture. I can't belive this kind of thing happnes to him. I wish this were a nightmare. It can't happen to him! といった位でどうでしょう。Gさんの登場が待ち望まれます。 >結構違ってると思います killbillさん、面白い人ですね。

こんにちは。お世話になります。 英語初学者です。 英文を読んでいたら、 ‟This is fun, ”shouted nadim. ‟It is if you don't shout, ”said Mrs May. という英文が有り、 そのあと、ページを進めていくと ‟I hope the rain stops, ”said Mrs May. という描写が有りました。 なぜ、‟It is if you don't shout, ”のときも‟I hope the rain stops, ”のときも、 if やhopeの後の動詞の前にwill が付かないのでしょうか？ hopeの後ろにはwillが付くことが有る、と聞いたことが有りますが、 この場合、ある場合とない場合とではニュアンスが変わってくるのでしょうか？ どなたか、教えては下さいませんでしょうか？ 宜しくお願いいたします。
