○の分ですが、口頭で話す場合には通じると思います。△の[it's]が省略されたように聞こえる、または口頭だとそれほど気にしないと思うので。 ☆は、冗談を言った本人が言うべきですね。自分が冗談かと思っていた場合には使いません。「冗談じゃなかったの？」という意味で、 "Wasn't it kidding?"でもいいのではないでしょうか・・・？ 一番正しいのは、△です。
