ok with (人)の場合、（～にとって）大丈夫?という意味です。あなたがそれでいいのなら、と訳すなら、「あなたが」が強調されている、ととらえるべきでしょう。 ok with that(this)は、これでいい?とか、こんなもんでいい？ということです。あなたがそれでいいのなら、だと、「それで」が強調されています。 文字だけで書かれていたら、区別がつきませんが、セリフとしてなら、わかりやすいでしょう。
