conditions, provisions or terms：はみな似通った意味です。 terms and conditionsで諸条件という慣用句になります。termsを「期間」とするのは誤りでしょう。契約書にあらゆる「期間」を書き入れる、というのはありえませんから。 representationというのはよく意味が分かりません。確かに「表明」という意味はありますが、それは何かを表明する、という行為であって、契約書に書かれたpresentationというのは奇妙な気がします。 set forth：「明示する」つまり文書の中に明確に書かれている、という意味で、「規定する」とは少し意味が違います。

http://www.eibunkeiyakusho.com/point01_02.htm でしょ？ 法律文書として一般的にしすぎて、少なくとも個別には甘いと思いますよ。 宣伝用だから仕方ないかもしれませんが、解釈の自由度を許すなんて、実務では使いません。 無茶苦茶読みにくいけど、読めれば誰にでも一つの解釈しかできない。それが契約書です。特許もそうですよ。 こんなことで解釈の余地に悩む必要はありません。どんどん勉強を進めてください。そのほうが質問者様の実力が上がります。

いいと思いますが、 「本契約で明示されている約束、陳述、（支払）条件、規定を超えるような、何ものも本契約には含まれない。」 のような訳もできます。 termsを「用語」と解釈してみましたので、「約束、陳述、条件、規定」以外の「関連する用語」がtheretoということで、「何ものも」としています。 termsを期間と解釈すると、orで結ばれていることと相性が悪くなります。「約束、表明、条件、条項」か「期間」のどちらかが無いと解釈できてしまいそうです。もしandなら期間と訳して自然ですが。 conditionsとprovisionsの意味の違いなども含め、その英文の前後関係次第で決まる部分も大きいと思います。
