正しいのは前者 to eat raw as it is です。説明しておきます。 普通は eat の後ろに目的語を置いてください。それによって「Ｏ＝raw の状態で食べる」というＳＶＯＣの形になります。 また、as it is は文のどの位置にあるかによって意味が変わってくる表現で面倒なのですが、この例のように文末に置くと「そのままで、現状のまま、手をくわえずに」の意味が出てきます。 後者の to eat as it is raw は、「生だから食べる」みたいに聞こえる表現ですから、「生食する」の意味では使えません。

1. eat as is 2. eat raw のどちらかでしょう、ぼくは２をよく使います。「馬から落ちて落馬」するのと「落馬して馬から落ちる」のとどちらが正しいか、のような感じがします。

Let's take a brief tour of a raw meat-eating region. Welcome to the polar region of Canada's Melville Peninsula. The native peoples used to be called Eskimos. This was a derogatory term given them by native peoples from the south, meaning raw meat eaters. They are the meat of caribou, seals, and walruses raw. Some parts of the innards are bitter while other parts are sour, so if you chew on them as you eat the raw meat, the meat tastes "seasoned" and you never get tired of it. Horsemeat is called cherry meat or sakura-niku in Japan. It may mean that the color of the meat is as beautiful as that of cherry blossom. But it may also mean that horsemeat is a sort of fake meat, sold by con men to unsuspecting passers-by under an exotic-sounding name. Take your choise as to which is the truth. There are those who love horsemeat for its deliciously light flavor. There are few restaurants that serve authentic tartar steak made from horsemeat. Most people do not realize that horsemeat is "the real thing", and that there is no reason to discriminate against it. Where food is concerned, when all is said and done, likes and dislikes are just a matter of taste.

再度の質問ですがよろしくお願いします。 少し前に"I live near the train station, so it is convenient to get to work."という文章でitが何を指しているかという質問をさせて頂きました。では以下の文はどうでしょうか？ 訳は『朝にきちんと食事をするのは面倒である』のような感じになると思うですが、文頭のitはやはりto eat・・ではなく別のものを指しているのでしょうか？例えば『物事・準備などの時間』でしょうか？つまり、朝きちんと食事することによって物事が便利でなくなる（朝はそんな時間がない！）みたいな。どうでしょうか？ It is not convenient to eat properly in the morning.
