英語で考えるのではなく、 技術的に常識を予想する方が 謎が早く解けるように見えます。 常識的に考えると、 transmitter Aがスタンバイ状態で10ワット transmitter Bが稼働状態で50ワット であって、 transmitter Aがスタンバイ状態で50ワット transmitter Bが稼働状態で10ワット ということはあり得ません。 消費電力を考えると当然こうなります。 たぶん2つtransmitterがついているものの、 どちらかが休んでいるんでしょう。 また、twin installationsというのはおそらく 実装状態に「2パターン」があって、 transmitter Aがスタンバイ状態で10ワット transmitter Bが稼働状態で50ワット という実装状態(1)と transmitter Bがスタンバイ状態で10ワット transmitter Aが稼働状態で50ワット という実装状態(2)があるんでしょう。 どちらの実装状態(1)(2)でも、 transmitterはAとBの2個あります。 訳は自分で工夫してみてください。

私はある特定の製品の話だと 製品の話だと思います。 その製品の特徴が The twin installations なのではないでしょうか。 of which は次の one とセットになっています。 one of them の them が、関係代名詞 which になっています。 つまり、2つのトランスミッターのうちのどちらかが動作しているときは、他方はスタンバイしていると言う意味です。 >両方の装置には10あるいは50ワットの２つの送信機が完備されていて ひとつの装置に10ワットか50ワットの２つのトランスミッター(送信機)がまとまって入っているのです。 だからツイン・インスタレーションなのだと思います。 complete というのは、この場合はそれ自体で完成していると言う意味だと思います。 この製品は、本来なら単独で動作するトランスミッターが2つがまとめてパッケージされている、という構成になっているのではないでしょうか。 「２つの完全なトランスミッターから構成されています」と言う感じですかね。 あるいは、あえて訳す必要もないのではないでしょうか。

The strategy of export-oriented economy requires the competitive disinflation of the Greek economy . Accordingly , even if confirmed the projected natural resources reserves will require some time before production is commenced .
