英訳の確認をお願いします！！！！
自分で作ってみたのですが この英文は自然でしょうか？もっと良い言い回しがありましたら教えてください！ For ○○Air, they use different names(codes) for different price of tickets in the same class. ○○航空では、同じクラスでも、チケットの価格によって違う名前（コード）をつけているようです。

Even in the same class ○○ Air uses different codes when the price is different. とも。 uses のかわりに appears to use を使ってもいいと思います。

航空券を買ったのですが名字と名前を逆にしてしまいました。 訂正してもらうため、Air tickets24にメールをしたのですが、返答がなかったので直接航空会社に電話して確かめたところ（Eチケットは発券済みだったので航空会社で訂正できるのではないかと考えたためです。）その予約自体がキャンセルされているということでした。 そこでもう一度サイトで予約確認をしてみると、キャンセルとなっていました。 私はAir tickets24にはキャンセルしたいという文言は一切言っていませんし、キャンセルするにあたって向こうから連絡は一切ありませんでしたが、今現在決済はされたままの状態になっています。 この場合返金されるのでしょうか？ そして新たに自分で予約し直せということなのでしょうか？ メールが返ってこないためどうしたらいいのかわからず困っています。

ドイツから図面を入手するために、送金したのですが、相手は12/18に送ったとのことです。たぶん内容からＳＡＬ便だと思うのですが、ＳＡＬ便には伝票や受付番号は発行されると思うので、相手に問い合わせたいのです。この場合、ＳＡＬ便の番号は英語でどういうのでしょうか。 相手から送られてきた英文です。 I have sent the drawing on the 18th of december, not per air mail, I am sorry. They are trying to charge me the amount of an undiscounted full fare single ticket. How about taking off the amount I paid for my valid ticket and make it count against the full price? 上記の英文（How about 以下から）の意味が訳せなく困っています。 taking off the amount I paid for..は『・・に払った分はさし引いて』のような意味だと思うのですが あっていますでしょうか？ ただ make it count against the full priceが分かりません。 count against は『～に不利に』のような 意味らしいのですが。。
