”オッフェノン” かな？ 多少個人差はあると思いますが。。。 オフ アンド オン とひとつずつ発音することは通常の会話スピードではあまりないと思うので。 文字にするのは難しいですね。

こんばんは。 イギリスでは、ちゃんと１単語ずつ発音します。 ですから、'ヒー コールズ ミー オフ アンド オン。’ ですね。 日本人にとっては英語の方が馴染みやすいと思います。 ちなみに、 ’He calls me on and off.' と、オンがオフの前に来るのが普通です。 お役に立てば光栄です。
