私はこのベッドで眠りたいと言いたい場合、

補足の in と on の違いですが、 ベッドで眠る は in ですね。 I'm in bed. ベッドで寝てる I'm still in bed. まだベッドの中なの。 睡眠中か、その行為の続きです。 in は ベッドの布団や毛布の中 という感じです。もしベッドという物じゃなくても睡眠のため床に敷かれた毛布にくるまって（中にいる）のであれば in bed. 就寝を意味します。 睡眠が目的なら in と私は理解しています。 in bed ひと固まりで 就寝 です。go to school のように冠詞はありません。 on bed は 睡眠はしていないが、ベッドの上に寝そべっているかただ乗っているという感じを受けます。 sofa で寝る時は sleep on the sofa. です。ソファは元々毛布等を使って寝るための物ではないためだと思います。

I'll take this (bed). ベッドは眠るところですから「sleep」は不要、ベッドを指してこの「ベッド」というのも、冗長。

I wish I could sleep in this bed.が一番上の日本語の意味に近いと思います。 もし訳せば「このベッドの中で寝られればいいな」という事で寝られない事がある程度想定されています。あるいは相手に拒否する事もかまわないような発言ですので、その分丁寧な言い方になるのではないかと思います。 もし目の前にいくつベッドがあってそのうちの一つに眠りたいと主張したいのであれば"I would like to sleep in this bed"と言えると思います。 ２行目は目の前にベッドがあるか今まで話題にしていたベッドに寝るという事を想定して、他の諸々のベッドは念頭にありません。 ３行目の英語はベッドを指定しておりませんので、たとえば畳の上ではなく「ベッドで寝たいな」という具合と思います。

I feel like sleeping in this bed. という言い方もありますね。I wannt toよりも今風かな。

一番シンプルに言うと I want to sleep on this bed です rescue98さんの書かれた文ですと： I wish I could sleep in this bed →私はこのベッドで寝ることを望みます（願っています） I wish I could sleep in the bed →私はベッドで寝ることを望みます（願っています） I wish I could sleep in a bed →私はベッドで寝られることを望みます（願っています） "wish"は「希望する、願う」なのでベッドで眠りたい～、といった文章に対してはちょっと強すぎます。

日本語の方に忠実に、なら 一番最初のがいいですね。 でも叶わぬ夢のような話なら これでもいいですが、普通に言うなら I want to/ I would like to sleep in this bed. で充分だと思います。

This way you're saying that it's not supposed to be a bed, but you could use it that way if you really wanted to. * I wasn't sure if this is what you were trying to say so I guessed.
