今日Worm Activity Detected!という題名でメールがきて、中身は英語で意味が分かりません。添付ファイルはなしですが、何かウィルスに感染したのでしょうか? ここ数日今まで一度もなかった迷惑メールが来るようになりました。ウィルスバスターのソフトはいれているのですが・・よろしくお願いします。

(1)このandは必要なのでしょうか？ 「フランスは大量破壊兵器の所持を放棄した国の主導者を受け入れていた」という意味ではないのでしょうか？それならandは要らないように見えるのですが何故andがあるのでしょうか？ andがあると「大量破壊兵器の利益？と所持のために放棄した国の主導者…」のような感じで変に見えるのですが。。。 お願いします。
