猫舌を単語に置き換えると
こんにちは。 猫舌を英語で言うには、have a tongue too sensitive to heat ; cannot eat or drink very hot things あたりでしょうが、猫舌とただひとつの単語で表すことが出来ますか？もしこの単語を知っていましたらどなたか、教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

アメリカに３５年ほど住んでいる者です。 ここでは、舌がどうの、といわずに、ただ単に熱いものがダメ、という言い方をします。 I like Japanese green tea! But I just can not take anything hot. ただ、ここで、気をつけなくてはならないのが、hotという単語なんですね。 この単語には、食べ物について、熱い、という意味と、スパイスがよく聞いていて辛い、という意味があるんですね。 ですから、The real Kimchee is really hot! 本場のキムチはhotですが、辛い、という意味なんです。 こちらでは、辛いは熱いんですね。 日本でも、ひーひー言って手で口の中に風を送っている人がいますが、やはり、日本でも辛い物は「熱い」ンですね ですので、熱いをtemperature-hot、辛いをspicy-hotと分けて言う事が多くなります。 お茶を飲んでいる時には、誰もが熱い、ということは分かりますので、hotをそのまま使います。 それと同じように、アリゾナの砂漠の真中で、hotと言った時には熱いという事は分かりますね。 でも韓国レストランにいって、キムチチゲが熱いのか、辛いのかをはっきりいわなくてはならないときがありますね。 その時に、こう言う風に言い分けるんですね。 ハイ、余談です。 hotなものは、熱かろうと、辛かろうと、好きなな時は、I like anything hot: temperature-hot, spicy-hot and I'm still young enough to think about hot girls. So I definitely like anything hot! と冗談を飛ばすことも出来ますね。

gooの英和辞典で検索してみたら be allergic to hot food と出てきました。 でも一語ではないですね…

I had way too much to drink. アメリカのドラマを見ていたら、「きのうは飲みすぎちゃった。」という訳で、“I had way too much to drink" といっていました。 わたしにはこの英訳は思いつきそうもありません。 “I drank too much yesterday" と訳すでしょう。 ところで、 “I had way too much to drink." この文章を文法的に解析するとどうなるのでしょうか。 to drink の部分がわかりません。 I have a lot of homework to do. この to do と同じでしょうか。 これは不定詞の形容詞的用法のところに載っている例文です。 この場合はto do がhomework を修飾していると思います。 でも、 上の文章には修飾する名詞がないです。 名詞は省略されていると考えたらいいのでしょうか。 それにしても、不定詞は未来のこと、これから先のことをあらわしているようなイメージがあり、なんだかしっくりきません。 どなたか おしえてください。
