カッコの中は？
学校でやっている動名詞の問題で、どー――しても分からないものが あるので質問させてください。 My sister complains of( )( )unlucky.｛運が悪かったこと｝ 一つ目のカッコはbeingだと思うんですけど、２つ目がサッパリ。 (1)動名詞を用いて、右のぶんを含んだ英文を作りなさい。 １ Im ashamed of...＋I didn,t do my best. 和訳はわかるんですけど…どうやって含ませるのでしょうか？ Im ashamed of my dest was bad.…とか？（違いますよね？ ２ He was proud of...＋He had never been late for class. 自分の和訳「彼は彼が１度も授業に遅れたことがないことを誇りに思っている。」 以上です。お願いします。

>My sister complains of( )( )unlucky. ポイントは、運が悪かっ「た」、というところです。 動名詞にすると時制を表すことができません。だから基本的には、その文の時制と同じ時制になります。しかしこの場合、不平を言うのは現在、運が悪いのは過去です。時制がずれる場合はそのサインとして“having＋Vpp”の形にします。 答えは having been です。 １ I'm ashamed of...＋I didn,t do my best. of の後に２つ目の文を入れます。 時制がずれているので“having＋Vpp”にする。 さらに否定しなければいけないが、notやneverはVingの直前に置く決まりなので、答えは、I'm ashamed of not having done my best. ２も同じようにやればできます。

上は, 過去のことなら完了形にしないとダメかな. ちなみに動名詞の否定は単に not を前置すればよかったはず.

(2)He insisted on me paying the money. が 両方OK文なのは、わかるのですが、 (1)にすると(つまりmyです。） He insisted on my paying of the money. ⇒ my paying で名詞あつかいにしてしまう。（ちゃんとした名詞は、paymentとかいうのは、わかります。）というので of をつけたりするのは、 どうなんでしょうか？ やはり paying 分詞あつかいの目的語のthe moneyで ofなんてつけるのを考えるのは、論外なのでしょうか？ I was proud of his winning of the race. も同様の考えです。 どうなんでしょう？ やっぱり I was proud of his (him) winning the race. ですか？ 宜しくお願いいたします。

i'm ashamed that i behaved so badly last night.を 動名詞になおしたとき i'm ashamed of ??????? so badly last night となるとおもいます。動名詞の部分は behavingでよいのでしょうか？もしくはmy behaving となるのでしょうか？宜しくお願いします

現在大学生で，高校生に英語を教えているのですが，１問だけ納得のいかない問題がありましたので，質問させて下さい。 問題は， My father is diligent. I am proud of it. この２文を動名詞を用いて，一つの文にせよ。というものなのですが， 僕は，"I am proud of having diligent father."と教えたのですが， 授業では，"I am proud of my father being diligent."と教わったそうで， 僕の教えたものは不可だと言われた様なんです。上のようなbe proud ofの用法を今まで見た事がなかったので，なんか不自然で納得行かないのですが，このような使い方もするのでしょうか？？？辞書を引いたのですが，適した解説も見当たりませんでした。 どうか教えて下さい。
