返金についての確認メールを送ってもらいたいのですが

その場合、販売店に送る以下の日本語を英文にしたいのですが、 「私がキャンセルした以下の商品の返金処理についての確認のメールを送ってもらえますか？」 を英訳した場合 would you send me a confirmation email about the repayment disposal of following merchandise which i canceled? をもっと口語的で一般的な表現に訂正するとどのような表現になりますか？ また、 「私のオーダーは送料無料のはずですが【Auto-generated from split order】というものが請求されています。これはいくつかの商品を２回に分けて発送した場合に請求されるものだとしたら、私はそのようにお願いした覚えはありません。お店側の都合で発送が２回に分けられても、それでも請求されるのでしょうか？」 という英文を作りたいのですが、 「As for my order, the postage should be free of charge, but [Auto-generated from split order] is requested. What kind of meaning is this? If it is the thing which is requested when this divides some merchandise into twice and sent it out, I do not remember that I asked like that. Will it be still requested?」 これも口語的で一般的な表現を教えてもらえますか？ どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

If you do not provide a confirmation number, can you please send me via email that you have received my request and that the refund is in process. >「私のオーダーは送料無料のはずですが【Auto-generated from split order】というものが請求されています。これはいくつかの商品を２回に分けて発送した場合に請求されるものだとしたら、私はそのようにお願いした覚えはありません。お店側の都合で発送が２回に分けられても、それでも請求されるのでしょうか？」 これは上記の続きとして書きます： In addition to this request, the shipping and handling charges for this order should have been free. I did notice that on the statement/invoice it had "Auto-Generated from split order" on it. Does this mean that I was charged shipping and handling fees due to the order being separately shipped? If so, I have never requested this and feel I should be refunded for this as well. いかがでしょうか？

後半部分です。 I understand your postage is basically free. However, it seems your ‘auto-generated from split order’ system automatically charged me the extra postage. I do remember I have never asked you to ship my order separately, you shipped my order separately for your own reason, not on my request. So I would ask you to review it and refund me the extra postage. Otherwise, please kindly explain me why I have to pay such extra postage. 後半かなり強気で書きました、弱気バージョンがご希望ならその旨お申し越しの程を。

何故わざわざ折角の大変イイ表現を口語表現にするのかがさっぱり判りませんが、 Would you send me a confirmation email about the repayment disposal of following merchandise which i canceled? canceled -→ cancelled 一応手直しの上で短く 1) Would you please confirm per return how you may refund me for the goods I've cancelled? 2) 1) Would you please confirm per return how you may proceed and refund me for the goods I've cancelled? 後半部分は後でね、、、
