文会計についての質問です。 よろしくお願いいたします。 １）A companyのimpairment loss of goodwillの算出で、 a)reporting unit with a book value 125,000 b)goodwill 20,000 c)fair value of the reporting unit 128,000 d)faie value of the reporting unit's net assets including both recognized and unrecognized intangible assets,but not including goodwoll 110,000 この場合、まずa)bookvalue b)fairvalueを比べて、bookvalueが高いので、impairment lossはゼロでしょうか？ 2)ある会社がB companyを取得した時のgoodwill 95,000 そのgoodwillがcopyright 5,000 customer list7,000(although it is not a legal right, separable from B company)を含んでいた場合、本来のgoodwillは95,000-5,000＝90,000でいいのでしょうか？ listは、not legalなので計算に含めないのでしょうか？それともseparableなので含めても大丈夫でしょうか
