英訳お願いしたいのです。

質問

ある海外の製作家に楽器を作ってもらい、日本に送ってもらうことになっているのですが、その製作家は梱包がいいかげんらしく、楽器をハードケースに入れて、それをエアパッキンで巻いた程度の梱包なので、いままでこわれて届いたことがたびたびあったということを他から聞きました。そこで荷造りを厳重にしてほしい旨を英語で知らせたいのです。
「リュートの荷造りに関しておねがいがあります。あなた様からリュートを購入した日本の方がいうには、リュートが自宅に届いたときにはこわれていたというのです。そこでリュートの荷造りを次のようにしてほしいのです。画像を添付します。
外箱→エアパッキン→ダンボール→緩衝材→ケースの順に梱包して下さい（画像１)
エアパッキンは2重に巻いてください．（画像２）
上下の緩衝材として大粒のパッキンをボールにして入れて下さい（画像３）
段ボールの中の緩衝材として発泡スチロールのチップで満たして下さい（画像４）
もし、梱包費用が加算されるようであればお支払いします。連絡お願いします。」

はじめまして。

リュートに引かれて回答させていただきます。リュートの音色大好きですが、演奏の難しい楽器と聞いております。(f)luteならできるんですが（笑）

英文はよくできていると思います。少々訂正をするなら
１．There is a request about packing of a lute.：
限定用法のofを使っていますのでthe packing of a luteとtheが必要です。

２．A Japanese person who purchased a lute from you said," When the lute reached my home,it was broken. " ：
Japanese personにかかる関係詞節は「,コンマ」で挿入的にした方がsaidが浮かび上がり、わかりやすい文になります。例：
A Japanese person, who purchased a lute from you, said

３．Therefore I want to ask by the following packing in the case of shipment.I attach an image.：
askの後にyouが必要です。その後は「荷造りを次のように改善して欲しい」という表現をto不定詞で表します。例：
I want to ask you to improve the packing way as follows (see the image attached).
画像は、CD-ROMならsee the CD-ROMなどのように具体的なものに置き換えて下さい。

４．Please pack it in order of a cabinet → air packing → corrugated cardboard → buffer material → case. (pic1)：
orderの前にthe following「次のような」を入れます。順序の部分は段落を変えるか、「　」などでくくった方がわかりやすいでしょう。ダンボールはcardboard boxでいいです。例：
Please pack it in the following order as
a cabinet → air packing → cardboard box→ buffer material → case.

５．Please surround air packing to two folds. (pic2)：
巻くは「包む」という意味のenvelopeで。Surroundは「周囲を取り囲む」という意味になります。「二重に」は「二度」という意味のtwiceを副詞的に使えばいいでしょう。double packingという表現もあります。

６．Please pay it for a buffer material of top and bottom with　large drop of packing as a ball. (pic3)：
payではなくput「置く」です。緩衝材はここでは、「衝撃を抑える資材」としてabsorptive material of shockとして下さい。この文は全文書き換えが必要です。下記の訳例でご参照下さい。

７．Please satisfy it for a tip of Styrofoam as a buffer material in corrugated cardboard.(pic4)：
satisfyは「満足する」という意味の「満たす」ですから不適切です。ここではfill A with B「AをBでみたす」という熟語を使います。発泡スチロールはstyrene foamといいます。

８．I pay particularly if packing expense is necessary. ：
未来形のwillを入れます。particularlyはここでは不要です。追加費用ということでadditional pay for the packing「梱包の追加費用」という表現にするといいでしょう。

９．Please Contact me.：
礼を添える形で、Thanking for your reply in advance,「予めお返事にお礼を言いつつ」

以上を踏まえて英訳は、（直訳も添えてあります）
I have a request on the packing mode of the lute.
「リュートの荷作りの仕方に関してお願いがあります」

The client, who bought the lute from you, found it already broken when she received it, she said.
「あなたからリュートを購入したお客さんが、それを受け取った時にはもう壊れていたと言っていました」

So, could you please improve the packing mode as follows? (see the pictures in the CD-Rom attached)
「そこで、荷造りの方法を次のように改善してほしいのです（同封のCD-ROMの画像をご覧下さい）」

Please follow such a packing order as <a cabinet → air packing →cardboard box→ buffer material → case>. (pic1)
「以下のような荷造り手順に従って下さい＜～＞」

At first, please envelope the instrument case with the air packing twice(double). (pic2)
「まず、楽器のケースはエアパッキングで二重に包んで下さい」

Then, please protect it with the absorptive material of shock from the bottle to the top in the box. (pic3)
「それから、箱の上下を緩衝材で覆ってそれを保護して下さい」

Finally, please fill the box with many pieces of styrene foam for absorbing the shock of transport.
「最後に、輸送時の衝撃を和らげるために、沢山の発泡スチロールのチップで箱を満たして下さい。」

If the additional payment is required for the packing, I'm ready to pay for it.
「もし梱包料として追加料金が生じた場合は、支払う用意はできています」
