いろんないい方ができますが、 カバーレターとのことなので簡潔に・・。 Please find the attached letter from Mr.A. I would appreciate if you hand it to Mr.B. Thank you very much. Mr.A はレターを書いた人、Mr.Bはレターの受取人（ボス）です。 ＞I’d like to you hand letter to him? あなたに～して欲しい は I would like you to ～ です。 同じ意味で 以下のようないい方もできます。 Would you please ～ I would appreciate if you～ （丁寧）

(1) letterには冠詞が必要です。 この文型を使う場合は、sendingのほうがbetterです。また、「私のボスからあなたのボスへの手紙を送ります」としたほうが良いと思います。 (2) I’d like to you handの部分は、I'd like you to + 動詞 が正しい形です。この場合の手渡すは、「あなたを仲介してボスに渡してください」という意味ですので、hand over to your boss のほうがbetterです。また、前の文でletterが既に使われていますので、itでokです。 添削文 I am sending the letter from my boss. ご質問文の英文も文法的には間違っていません。ただメッセージですから、注意を喚起し易いものがいいでしょう。 I am attaching letter to this message. → This is an attached letter (from Mr.OO). １．主語をIではなくThis「これ」とし、受取人の目をFaxに向けさせます。 ２．an attached letterだけで、Faxの添付レターだとわかります。 ３．誰の手紙かFaxの内容から推察しにくい場合は、from Mr.OOと名前を明記した方がいいでしょう。 I’d like to you hand letter to him? → Please hand it to Mr.OO. １．ここも主語をIではなく単純にPleaseを使って下さい。「何か依頼してるな」とすぐに気づいてくれます。I’d like toは控え目な婉曲表現で、どちらかと言えば会話の表現ですから、会社などでの事務的な筆記依頼ではあまり使わないで、直接Pleaseとした方がいいと思います。 ２．このhimもしっかり相手の名前を明記した方がいいでしょう。your bossですぐわかる状況ならyour bossでも大丈夫ですが、bossも沢山いますから相手が迷わないように、名前はちゃんと明記された方がいいと思います。 あとご存知だとは思いますが、Faxのヘッドレターには別紙で宛先・送り主・日付・簡単な用件を書かれたページをつけて送るといいですよ。ご参考までに。

CoveringLetterの代りに本文の文頭にアテンションと記し、名宛人の氏名、肩書、所属部課を書けば難しい文章は不要でしょう。 具体的に書けば Attention: Mr./Ms. S, Peterson ---------Manager, Sales Dept. (-----は空白の代わりです。 タブの使い方を知らないので。） のような形です。
