パソコンに詳しい方助けてください！

質問

あるゲームを３０分から１時間プレイしていると突然パソコンが再起動してしまいます。動作環境はクリアしてますしプレイ自体は正常です。
ゲーム会社のサポートを受けましたが改善されませんでした。
そこで自動で再起動しないように設定すると下記のようなメッセージ（長いです）がでて終了します。
A ploblem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following File:ialmdev5.DLL
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.
If this is the first time you have seen this stoperror screen,restart your computer,
If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
check to make sure anynew hardware or sofyware is properly installed.
If this is a new installation,ask your hardwre or software manu facturer
for any windows updates you mightneed.
If problems continue,disable or remove,nay newly installsd hardware orsoftware.
Disable Blosmemory options such as caching or shadowing.
Ifyou need to use safemode to remove or disable components,restart your
computer,press F8 to select advanced startup options,and then select safemode.

空の軌跡ですか、ゲームパッド使ってますか？
だとしたら僕の経験から考えるに、PCの省電力設定が不具合起こしてる可能性がありますね。
時間が経てばスタンバイ状態になるように設定されていませんか？
ゲームパッドではマウスとかキーボードみたいにPCを触っていると認識してくれないのでゲーム中良くスクリーンセーバー走ったりするんですよこれが。
ゲーム中スタンバイ状態になると、結構落ちますよ(^^;
ゲーム中はメモリを大量に使用しますので、そのメモリの内容をHDDに保存しておこうと働きます。
そのときに、容量が足りないと、メモリの保存容量が足り無いので落ちたりすると思われるのですが、「PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.」ってでてるのがそれかなと。

仮想メモリの容量とTempフォルダの空き容量は十分ありますか？

とりあえず、ゲーム中は省電力設定を全て無しスクリーンセーバーも無しにしてプレーして見てください。
質問者さんのPC環境なら十分動くはずですからね。
