海外ホテルへメール

質問

海外のホテルへ宿泊予約の変更をお願いしたのですが、
確認のメールがなかなかこないので催促のメールをしたいと思っています。

翻訳サイトでこのように出ましたが、通じますでしょうか？

I made the request of the change in the reservation you.
However, the answer has not been gotten from you yet. Please give the
mail of the confirmation to me.

予約変更は6月13日～14日の一泊を、
延長して6月13～15日の二泊にして欲しい　というものでした。

このことも含めて上手く伝えるには、どのようにしたらよいでしょうか?

どうぞアドバイスをよろしくお願いします。

こんにちは。

かなり変な言い回しになっているところがありますので、これの添削でなく最初から訳させて下さい。

I sent you e-mail asking for the change of my reservation.
I, however, haven't got any reply from you so far.
Could you send me the e-mail to confirm your receipt of my request?

でよいと思います。

あと変更内容は、

Just in case, I would like to remind you the detail of my previous email.

Original reservation : one night stay on the night of 13th June.
New reservation : two nights stay on the night of 13th and 14th, June.

I would be grateful if you could let me know on this matter.

とか書いてみたら、はっきり内容が判ってよいと思います。

次から次へと問題が起こり、そのたびに助けていただいて感謝しています。
メールもきちんとe-mailと記さないといけないのですよね。

これがあまりよくないように思います。次の分も含めて

I asked you to change the date of reservation, but I have not received your confirmation yet.

とかのほうが良くないですか？
もしかしたら前回の変更がうまく伝わっていないかもしれないので念のため再度、変更内容を書いて以下のようにつなげたらどうでしょうか。

I asked you the reservation of 1 night before, but I would like to book 2 nights, so new check-out date will be 15th June.

Please send me confirmation of above change.
