海外通販の輸送方法選択決済の選択

初めて海外通販にトライしようかと迷っています。 アメリカのメーカーにガラス工芸用の保護メガネをオーダーしたいのですが、メーカーのオンラインショップサイトでの輸送方法で以下のように書かれているのですが、この内容は「アメリカの国際郵便局から速達便で発送（早い）」という理解でいいのでしょうか？ 仮にこれを使う上での注意点は何かあるでしょうか？ US Post Office International Global Express Mail [fast] 決済にカードを使用する場合、以下の２通りを選択出来るみたいなのですが、違いがわかりません。どちらを選べばいいのでしょうか？ ・Order by Credit Card Online (ship to your card billing address) ・Order by Credit Card Online (separate billing and shipping addresses)

再度CATLINです。 >「Global Express Mail」というのはなにか不具合ってありますか？ 特にはありません。日にちが目処よりかかることがあるってことぐらいです。 >住所記入欄に「Address」と「Address (optional)」の２つがあるのですが、後者には何を入力するべきでしょうか？ 日本だったらマンションとかに住んでいるならマンション名とか(アメリカだと建物の名前と別に住所があるのでComplexの名前とかを書きます） >そしてオーダーフォームに「Special instructions/comments (if any):」を入力できる欄が設けてあるのですが、何か指示を入れるべきなのでしょうか？ そうですねー、この言い方だと発送に関してのコメントなのか、取引に関してのコメントなのかわかりませんね。 USPSのTracknig Numberを発送後必ずメールしてもらったらどうでしょうか？ ご存知かもしれませんが、日本の郵政公社のサイトでもアメリカの伝票番号が検索できます。（逆もしかりです） 通常は配達に関する指示、例えば配達時に誰も家にいないようならPackageを隣の家に預けてくれとか書いたりするんですが、英語で伝票に指示を書かれても読むのは日本人の配達人だから、？？？かもしれないし。 あと「Hadle With Care」と必ず書いてくれと頼んだ方が良いかも。 アメリカの小包みの扱いは乱暴なので。

アメリカ在住者です。 以下のUSPSのサイトでもわかるように国際郵便で荷物を送るサービスには以下のように種類がありますが、一番早いものが「Grobal Express Guranteed」というもので、その次がご質問の「Global Express Mail」というものです。 このほかにもう少し日にちがかかるサービスの 「Global Priority Mail」というものもあります。 （サイトの金額は重さによりそれ以上かかりますから間違えないでくださいね） 注意点ですが、もし私でしたらそれほど重くないものでしたら、多少送料は上がりますが、一番目のGuranteedのついているものを選びます。 年末から年始にかけては荷物が行きかいますので通常より配達までに時間がかかると思いますので。 またValueが高いものだと税関の通関で開けられて税金が課せられる場合があります。 （税率は品物と値段によるので一概には言えません。 東京税関のサイトをご覧ください） これを避けたい場合は、送り主に「Valueのところに100ドル以下の金額を記載してください」と頼めばよいと思います。 Valueが低いものは税関で開けられる確率が低いです。 また送り先は、送り先とカードの持ち主が同じ住所である一番目の方を選ぶのでいいと思います。 （2番目を選ぶ場合はアメリカで一番一般的なのはギフトの場合です） それから日本でのこのような郵便局の配達サービスは郵政公社の国際郵便のサービス「EMS」（国際スピード郵便）という名前です。（専用伝票のあるものです）

私がショッピングを検討しているものはガラス工芸用のメガネ（サングラスと同じようなもの）です。そしてこのサイトでは「Grobal Express Guranteed」が選択できず「Global Express Mail」とほかに、「UPS Worldwide Express」と「UPS Worldwide Expedited 」が選択できます。しかし後者の２つは送料が高いのであまり使用したくありません。「Global Express Mail」というのはなにか不具合ってありますか？ それから、ネットショッピングでの合計金額は＄８９．９０なので税関の問題はクリアできそうですね。 それからついでに教えていただきたいのですが、 住所記入欄に「Address」と「Address (optional)」の２つがあるのですが、後者には何を入力するべきでしょうか？ そしてオーダーフォームに「Special instructions/comments (if any):」を入力できる欄が設けてあるのですが、何か指示を入れるべきなのでしょうか？

＜US Post Office International Global Express Mail 不確かですけど、これは旧郵政省（総務省）、いわゆる郵便局が扱っている国際郵便（DHL）と同じだと思います。詰まり、UPS, DHL, FedEx, 日本通運等々の私企業でなく、公機関の運送業者です。 ＜・Order by Credit Card Online ＜(ship to your card billing address) 荷物の発送先住所とカードの支払人が同じ住所の場合はこちらを選択。 ＜・Order by Credit Card Online ＜(separate billing and shipping addresses) 荷物の発送先住所とカードの支払人住所が別の場合はこちらを選択。 どちらかを選択すると次の画面に移って、記載フォームが現れるようになっている、と思います。

米国の郵便局は独自の国際宅配便のサービスをやっているんでね、その名前が"International Global Express Mail"なんだ。 サービスそのものは他と比べて安いよ。 それからクレジットカードだけどさ、上はカード会員の請求先住所（普通は自宅だよね）に送るのか、それとも下の別住所（例えば会社に送るとか）を選べる様になってるのさ。
