何もダウンロードできないんです
パソコンについて知識はあまりない者です。 最近パソコンで、無料配布のソフト（media playerなど）などが まったくダウンロードできません。 ↓のようなものがでます。 ACCESS HAS BEEN DENIED - Access to the page: .. has been denied for the following reason: Banned extension: .exe You are seeing this error because the page you attempted to access contains, or is labelled as containing, material that has been deemed inappropriate. If you have any queries contact your ICT Co-ordinator or Network Manager. どこかの設定がダウンロード拒否をしているんでしょうか？ わかるかた、いらっしゃいましたら アドバイスお願いします

意訳すると「exeファイルはダウンロードできないようになってます」とあります。 パソコンにインターネットセキュリティソフトやプロバイダーなどの「コンテンツフィルタリング」の設定をしていないでしょうか。 If you have any queries contact your ICT Co-ordinator or Network Manager. とあるので、ネットワークプロバイダー側の設定のようにも思えますが。

yourfilehostの動画をダウンロードしようと思ってGetYourFileにURLをコピペし、ダウンロードしようと思ったのですが… Access Denied You don't have permission to access"(コピペしたURL)"on this server と表示されダウンロードできませんでした 右クリックで「対象をファイルに保存」をやってみたところ、「要求されたサイトが使用できないか、見つからない」と言われました 要するに、サイト側の問題でダウンロードができないのでしょうか？ それとも私のPC？ 原因と対処方法を教えてください

Forbidden You don't have permission to access と表示されてインターネット上でダウンロードできないファイルがあります。Nortonの設定を変えたらいいのかインターネットオプションの設定を変えたらいいのかわかりません。どなたか教えていただけないでしょうか？

IBMのサイトからデバイスドライバ等、ダウンロードしたいのですが、 今日ずっと「The page you requested cannot be displayed」って いうサーバにアクセスが集中しているメッセージが 表示されています。 上記を回避するには待つしか方法はないのでしょうか？？

英語を覚えたくてchatrouletteという外国人と話せるサービスにハマってます。 最近観覧していると 『Your IP address has been banned and you are now being redirected to a third-party site』 とメッセージが出てアダルトのチャットサイトに飛ばされます… 多分ＩＰアドレスをはじかれていると思うのですが 何もハレンチな事はした覚えはありません。 解決策がわかる方ご教授お願いします。
