どう言うところでどう使うかによって随分と違ってきますが、この場合どこかの観光案内所か何かの表示でしょうか？ 1. Cherry blossoms along the Osuwa River of Hukui City for the video that drone took. the video ... 以下をforでつなぐのはちょっとおかしいです。それとAsuwa River in Fukui Cityが正しくないですかね？川は特定の場所のみにあるのではないので、of よりはat, inが良いです。 総合すると、 Video of Cherry blossoms along Asuwa River in Fukui City shot by drone. took でも良いですが、写真とかビデオはshot (shoot) が良く使われます。Videoを前に持って来ましたが、目の前にあるのは桜の花ではなく、桜の花のビデオなのでそうしました。ビデオであることがわかっていればCherry blossoms からはじめても良いです。 後、参考ですが、空から撮ったものは、bird-eye view とか言いますが、最近では drone view で十分通じます。そうすると、 Drone view of cherry blossoms along Asuwa River. Fukui City とかでも良いと思います。 2. For tourist information, please use this tablet (information in English, Korean, and Chinese are available). これで問題なく通じます。ただ、これはタブレットに表示されているか、タブレットの真ん前に表示する文ですよね。そうすると、 Tourist information available in English, Korean and Chinese. で良いと思います。でもそうだとすると、文ではなく、それぞれの言葉で観光案内と大書きするのが正しいと思います。Korean, Chineseの人に英語で説明するのも変だし、Chineseと書くとSimplify (中国向け）かTraditional (台湾、香港）かも書かないと中途半端になります。
