エラーメセージ

さきほど、度々インターネットに繋がらなくなる。という質問をさせていただいたのですが、今日も、不安定になっていますので、（繋がっているうちに）もうひとつ質問させてください。 最近頻繁にこのメセージが出るのですが、意味がわかりません。サポートにといあわせろ。と言っているみたいなのですが、詳しくおしえていただけませんでしょうか。 Microsoft visual c++ Run time Library Runtime Error! Program: c\ProgramFiles\ common Files \symantec shared\ cc Proxy.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate, it in an unsual way. Please contact the applications support team for more infomation.

以前同じ質問がありました。 No.856785 質問：Runtime Error!　でブラウザが見れません http://oshiete1.goo.ne.jp/kotaeru.php3?q=856785 かなり根拠薄いのですが、 | 一旦Nortonをアンインストール。 | 「c:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\」フォルダを削除。 | Nortonを再インストール。 | で、プログラム部品の置き場所がSymantecフォルダの場合には、完全に新しいものに置き換わります。 という手順で、一応エラーが出なくなったとの報告がありました。

一度アンインストールしてもやはり、フォルダが存在していました。　削除してインストールし直しました。 これで、最近の不調が解消できるような気がします。 このまましばらく様子をみてみます！！ ありがとうございました(喜）。。
