Xxxxxの費用について、xxxxさんにも確認しましたが、手配した順にインボイスが届く為(約1週間後くらい)手配した時点では総額は分かりかねるとの事でした。ただ、転送するレシートにxxxxナンバーがあるので、直接xxxxに電話をされれば総額が分かると思います。あまり力になれず申し訳ありません。

Regarding the cost of XXX, I checked with Mr.XXX though we are not be able to tell you the total estimate at this moment because we are supposed to receive invoices in order of the arrangements have been made. I believe it will take a week or so. However, you could call XXX directly and find out as the receipt that I will forward has XXX number.

I have contacted xxxx about the expense for Xxxxx. He/she told me that because he/she receives the relevant invoice about a week after the arrangement had been made, he/she did not, and thus could not tell me the total amount.
However, there is the xxxx number on the receipt I am transferring, and so if you call xxxx directly, you probably woud be able to grasp the total amount.
