rush to の品詞について
The current Japanese school system has its roots in the Meiji-Era rush to achieve economic and military parity with the West. 『その現在の日本の学校のシステムはその起源は明治時代にある。経済を急速に発展させ、そして西洋に対抗するため軍国主義を採用した。』 この文のrush toは形容詞ですか？ 構文を教えて下さい。 よろしくお願いします。

rush は、「あわてて～をする事」で、ラッシュアワーのように名詞です。to は、次の to achieve economic and military parity with the West の一部で、動詞の不定詞の一部です。 「今の日本の学校組織は、西洋並みの経済力と軍事力を完成しようとして、明治時代に慌てて作った物にその根源がある。」

前のご質問に関して。 mixed-race children というのは、日本にきた外国人が日本人と結婚して その間に子供が生まれた子供のことで、その子はほとんどが日本人の学校へ行くことになる、 ということでしょう。 those who have spent a considerable amount of time in Japan というのは、そういう外国人のうちでも、長い間日本に住んでいる人たちのことです。 そういう人たちが自らの子供を受け入れられない、なんてことはありません。

have to(has to,had to)＋動詞の原形について教えてください。 辞書には「～しなければならないという意味で助動詞のように使う」と書いてありますが、人称や時制によって変化するということはhaveの品詞は動詞でいいのでしょうか？ では、うしろのto と動詞の原形は何でしょう？ 不定詞ではないと思いますし、調べても考えてもわかりません。 have to ＋動詞の原形の品詞を教えてください。
