英訳おねがいします

質問

高校時代、先生が弾いたジャズピアノを聞いてショックを受け、アルバイトで貯めたお金で楽譜やCDを買った。次の月、学校を辞め、アメリカへ行く事を決意。母は戸惑っておりましたが、父はギターの先生をしており、彼も昔夢を持っていたので、了解してくれた。3年位滞在しました。

こんなカンジがどうでしょうか？

When I was a high school student, I was totally shocked when I listened my teacher played jazz on the piano.

I spent all my part-time job savings to purchasing music books and CD's.

On the next month I quit high school and decided study abroad to America.

My mother was so confused but my father has finally agreed me to do so, Because he is a guitar instructor and used to have his own dreams long time ago. I stayed in America about 3 years.

In my high school days, I was shocked to hear the jazz music my teacher played on the piano. I bought musical notes and CDs of jazz music. The next month, I quit　my school and decided to go to America. My mother was just puzzled, but my father, since he had been playing the guitar, understood me as he was dreaming to work for music. I stayed in the States for three years.
