you は一般的な事柄を言う時に最もよく使われる言葉です。In England で始まっているので、複数形だと考えられたのでしょう。しかし、この場合よく単数形が用いられます。ですので、例文は主節も従属節も単数形だと考えるといいでしょう。その場合は、I も you 含めるの中に含めることも多いです。(この文には I は含みませんが…。)

do you start の you は、単数形と見てよいと思います。その you は 「あなた」 とか 「あなたたち」 というよりは 「あなたの国の人たち」 という意味を持っています （この意味は辞書に出ていたりします）。そして、普通は日本語に訳さないことが多いです。 「あなたの国の人たち」 と訳してしまうと複数形になりますが、意味はそうでも、形としては単数形の扱いでそういう意味を出すようです。
