特定の人にメール送信ができない

質問

ある特定の方にメールを送ると下記のようなメッセージが返ってきます。
他の方との送受信は出来ます。

GmailのURLを参照するように指示されているようですが、送り先のメールアドレスはgmailではありません。（転送処理されているかどうかまでは分かりません）

何か考えられる対策を教えてください。

IPアドレスが相手の人が使っているメールサーバのブラックリストに登録されているか、逆引きができないために転送を拒否されたようです。
いまはあまり一般的でないスパム回避のためのルールですが、仕方がないですね。

相手のメールサーバ管理者に相談して別の対策を考えてもらう(ブラックリストのサーバを教えてもらい登録を解除してもらう)か、自分のプロバイダに相談して逆引きできるようにするか。前者の疑いが濃いですけど。

アドレスが間違っているとサーバには認識されていますね。
そのドレスが最近まで送信できていたのであれば、相手側のサーバ管理者へこのメールをメールヘッダと一緒に添えて提示し、問い合わせると良いと思います。

対策はないに等しく、異なるメールサーバからメールを送信できるように、たとえばその人にだけはWebメールでメールを送信する、などしかなさそうです。
