Our family members are all delighted to hear the news of the upcoming blessed event. Congratulations! How are you feeling? Take good care of yourselves.

We had one big aftershock after the devastating earthquake, and we went through the black-out, no gas, and no water all over again, but they are back and we are back to normal life.

My sister in Sendai suffered bigger damage than we did. She is now sharing her place with five friends whose apartments were destroyed.

In spite of all that, we are fine, so do not worry.

　体を大事にしてくださいね、というところを yourselves と複数にして（普通なら yourself　と単数）「あなたと、お腹の赤ちゃん」ともどもという意味をこめておきました。余計なことなら、単数を使ってください。

Over here, following that tragic earthquake, we had one large aftershock. Again, we were deprived of electricity, gas, and water for a while making our life very difficult, but they (I mean the utility supplies) are now back to normal. Things are much worse for my younger sister who lives in Sendai though. She is now living together with five of her friends whose apartments had collapsed by the earthquake. But we are all fine so please do not worry about us."
