出願者が他の大学に在学し、転入を意図する場合には、試験に合格したことを証明する（外国の証明書には翻訳証明付きの）書類、および修学の期間を示す書類。 ということではないでしょうか

『レジ違算±50円以内達成率70％』という目標は文面的におかしい所はありますか？月間の目標であって、30(31)日のうちレジ違算が±50円以内の達成率を70％にしましょう、という内容です。例えば20日間全てレジの違算が50円以内であれば(10日間は50円以上の違算が出た)、『20÷30×100=66.66......』で達成率は約66％という事でいいでしょうか？計算式は合っていますでしょうか？ 宜しくお願いいたします。

自転車保険の受付表と引換えに加入者へ証書を配ります。 しかし、受付表を保管しているのはごくわずか・・・。ほとんどの方が紛失しているようです。この場合、証書を受取ったという事を一筆書いてもらいたいのですが、どのようにかいてもらったらいいですか？ 加入者には氏名と印だけかいてもらうようにしたいのですが・・・。
