海外にて学校とのやり取り in English
英語の質問をさせてください。 以下のことを英語で言いたいのですが、上手に伝えられるよう教えていただけますか？ 自分なりに英語も書いてみましたがどうなんでしょう。。 「そういう単位の区切り」という言い方はわかりませんでした。 「 アパートには、2月28日の15時に到着すると思います。 直接アパート管理人へ連絡したほうがよいそうなので、後日の連絡先も教えてください。 残りの学費、1770ユーロは、学校ははじまる3月1日に レセプションで払いたいのですが、問題ありませんか？ あとアパートは一ヶ月単位だと言っていましたが 書類では、7月2日までになっているのは、なぜですか？ そういう単位の区切りなのでしょうか？」 「 I would arive at the apartment 3pm, Feb 28th. I may reach the caretaker directly, Could you tell me the telephone number? I'd like to pay the tuition fees balance of 1770 euro at the reception on March 1st when the school starts. Is it possible? and you said that the rent is for par month before. Why do i stay until July 2nd in document you sent?」

>そういう単位の区切りなのでしょうか 日本語でもよく内容のつかめないことを他人に訳せとはひどい話ですね。 大事なことは言いたい内容を自分でしっかり把握して、人にわからせることです。日本語を離れて考えてください。 英語のほうは誰に話しているのかがわからないから手の出しようがありません。 あなたは見ず知らずの他人に自分の頭の中にあることを外人に英語で説明してくれと頼んでいるわけです。自分で解っていても他人にはちゃんと説明しないと分かりません。

- inとatの使い分け方について教えて下さい
英語で話す時、inかatで迷う時があります。 Where are you now?と仮に聞かれたときは 例としてI'm in U・S・A. と答えると思うのですが、そのあとに向かっている場所をいう時は I'm at Grand Canyon. とatを使うのでしょうか?

和訳お願いします。 Did I tell you that I probably found a cleaning lady. On Wednesday I'm meeting her for the 1st time. I hope she cleans well ... so by the time you visit Belgium my place will be sparkling clean :) But ... I feel I have the moral obligation to clean up my apartment before she starts ... It's a bit strange ... I hire a cleaning lady ... but now I feel I need to clean my apartment before she starts ... hahaha It sill have many things to do today ... but it's car free day in Brussels. The whole day there are no cars allowed in Brussels. So I can't leave my place :( But I will go running ... it's nice that you can run on the big lanes without cars :) Did you already go to the gym? I hope you don't plan to become very muscular? I don't think so :) Sometimes I look at the picture you sent to me from you in your hotel room in New York. That's my favorite picture. If you still stay ABC apartment you will have to pay renewal fee(1month)at June. But you would like to move another apartment, deposit refund. Provably deposit money will reduced as repair fee. I have still a FAX from ZXC which printd your room and others. Usually other apartments has not a washing machine and a refriegerator.I'm just wondering you should be think about this. 友人のメアリーがアパートを更新するか引越しするか悩んでいます。文章どうでしょうか？特に最後ですが、この点も考えに入れておいた方がいいと思う。と言いたいのですが。 ZXCは不動産会社の名前としてください。

それなりに調べてみたのですが、意外に例文を見つけることができず、自信がないので、質問します。 atとon、inの使い方については至る所で解説されていますが、何月何日何時何分がどう表されるのかがよく分かりません。 思いつく例文を下に書いてみます。 I will meet you on 12/24 at 15:30. I will meet you at 15:30 on 12/24. I will meet you at 15:30 12/24. I will meet you at 12/24 15:30 . I will meet you on 15:30 12/24. I will meet you on 12/24 15:30 . 組合せ的には上記くらいかなと思いますが、どれが最も正しく、どれが使用可能で、どれが不適切でしょうか？

英語圏ではない外国人から貰ったメールですが、 区切りがわからず、意味がつかめません。 ○○（私の名前）don't think that i and mama like you just because your(たぶんyou are) rich just because your kind and can understand 区切りや何かが抜けているのだとしたら、それも教えて頂けるとありがたいです。
