youtubeでインディーズで音楽活動している友人に頼まれて、彼が作詞作曲したアルバムのＰＶを作りました。 そのＰＶは、友人の写真を加工した画像とフリーで無料の画像を組み合わせて作りました。 しかし先日、この動画が著作権違反と判断された模様なのです。 彼の音楽はジャスラックにも登録していないし、どこの事務所にも所属していません。画像も著作権違反していないはずです。 著作権違反していないはずなのに違反したと判断された場合 どう対処すればいいのでしょうか？ どうやって違反していない事を伝えればいいのでしょうか？ もしくはどこが違反していたのかを知る事が出来るのでしょうか？ 何かわかる方いらっしゃいましたら、書き込みよろしくお願いします。 下記に警告文された文をコピペしておきます。 英語が読めないのであっているかわかりませんが、ドワンゴさんが著作権違反だとして削除依頼されたようなのですが…… この文章の最後に"Ｉ acknowledge"というボタンがあるのですが、 これを押すと「私は著作権違反しました」と同意した事になるのかな？と思い押せず、先に進んでいません。 We have received copyright complaint(s) regarding material you posted, as follows: * from 株式会社ドワンゴ about 山根哲彦2nd mini ALBUM「more than words.」視聴動画 - henzroom　Video ID: V6qoPIeYjCI 注意: Accounts determined to be repeat infringers will be terminated. 問い合わせフォームから入れたら良いのではありませんか？ 作成者が質問者さんであるなら質問者さんに著作権があるのですから 著作権に関する申し立てウェブフォーム などに記述で相互の誤解を解いた方が良いと思います。 必ずしもユーチューブの判断かどうか分かりません ところで記載されているIDまで掲載されていますけど これだけでも著作もとの該当者を特定できてしまいますので記載するべきではなかったかも。 ＞彼の音楽はジャスラックにも登録していないし、どこの事務所にも所属していません。画像も著作権違反していないはずです。 JASRACと言うのは音楽著作権を一括管理している団体の名前で JASRACに登録していないから著作権違反ではないはおかしい解釈ですよ。 http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/日本音楽著作権協会 あと該当の方インディーズとはいえCDとか出しているみたいですけど 本当に問題ないのですか？ 厳密にはこの手の質問は法律のカテで質問したほうが良いかも
