the house (その家)では聞き手はどの家か分からない。 もし前段にいろいろな会話があって双方でその家がどの家か分かっているのなら構わないけれど、この一文だけを読んで回答を求められたのならこれは不正解です。 my house someday と言うからには将来の夢のはず。 すなわち自分所有の家と言うことが言外に込められています。 自分自身の所有でなくて、借家であっても英語では my house, my apartment, my place と言います。 an own house もし、「自分の所有する家」という意味であれば my own house と言います。 an own house では誰の所有か分かりません。 なので、a house of my own　が正解です。

２がダメということはありません。でも２の意味は「私はいつかその家を手に入れたい。」ですから、何の脈絡もなく１～４つの中からどうしても１つに絞るとしたら４のほうが自然であるというだけです。点数ほしいから４にしとこか、という程度のものです。
