AOLのMcAfeeをDLしようとおもったら・・・
AOL Active Virus Shieldのサービスが終わり、McAfeeの統合セキュリティソフトが無償で提供されるようになったのですが会員登録（AOLの)が必要だったので会員になりいざダウンロード先に行ってみてダウンロードボタンをクリックすると 「Sorry! We're unable to complete your product registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit us again at http://safety.aol.com to complete your registration for McAfee® Security Center – Special edition from AOL. Thank you.」 という警告が… なのでDLできません どうしたらいいでしょうか？

http://www.activevirusshield.com/antivirus/freeav/index.adp? 最初のURLはここです。 スクリーンネームとパスワードは入れましたか。これがAOLのフリーメールアドレスになります。当然AOL JPからもメール送受信ができます。 ダウンロードにはそのまま進んでください。 スクリーンネームとパスワードを入力する画面になります。 以下個人情報登録※ただし電話番号、Zipはアメリカコードです。 私は適当にいれましたけど(^◇^;)ちなみにアメリカの番号を参考にZipは5桁です。 そのままダウンロード完了して何の不都合なく快適にPCは動いてます。さすが、ウイルス比較で2位だけのことはありますね。

ロボット対策に画面下に判じ文字が出て、それを記入するように求められますけど、非常に見にくく「0ゼロとOオー」や「2と7」が判別しにくいですけど、間違って入れてるという可能性はないですか。

お世話になります。 新しいMacでiChatをするにあたり、新規でAOLのスクリーンネームを取得したいのですが現在はどのようにするのでしょうか？ AOLのトップページ(http://www.aol.jp/) からサインインし“今すぐ登録！”でアドレスとともにアカウントの取得が出来るとの書き込みもweb上にあり、進めていっても最後の最後にある画像認証の後にクリックすると“確認が完了しました アカウント情報を表示しました。”と表示され、しばらくすると英語ページで“Whew!
