os無しで購入したpcにosインストールができない

パソコン工房でos無しのパソコンを購入しosのイントールを試みたところ、インストールの途中でエラーが表示され途中でとまってしまいました。（エラー内容はかなり長文のため一番下に記載します。） cdを挿入すれば普通にインストールが完了すると思っていたのですが何か設定が必要なのでしょうか？ biosにはハードディスクが認識されていました。容量は250Gです ざっと見たところbios自身のアップデータが必要？のようですがその方法もわかりません フロッピードライブもついてないのですがアップデートは可能なのでしょうか？ どうぞよろしくお願い致します。 ブルーバックでのエラーメッセージ A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to you computer. 色々参考になります、ありがとうございました。 症状の改善にはもう１台パソコンが必要そうですね・・。 ひとまず、会社に出勤してからwinxpのsp2やドライバの類を準備したいと思います。

エラーメッセージもですが。何のOSを使っているのか、どういう仕様のPCを使っているのかを書いていただかないと、回答のしようがありません。 汎用的な回答ということで。 XPをインストールする場合、SP2が当たっていないと問題が出るPCが増えています。XP-SP2か、XP-MCEを購入するか。SP+メーカーのようなソフトを使って、手持ちのOSにSP2を適用したCDを作って、それらを使ってインストールしましょう。 BIOSの更新については、マザーボードのマニュアルが必要です。その店からして入っていないとは考えにくいですが。ない場合は、そのショップに連絡を。 マニュアルを読んで分からないのなら、OSインストール済みのPCにすべきです。
